Terms and Conditions

All sales are subject to availability and the following terms and conditions. No other conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing/email contact prior to placing an order.

Pricing

We attempt to keep prices stable throughout the life of the website. Prices are correct at the time of going live (online) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices quoted are in pounds sterling. Quotations will be valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

 

Goods

Occasionally CHIROPODY EXPRESS LTD may have to change or remove products or change sizes and quantities due to reasons beyond our control.

 

VAT

All prices exclude VAT. VAT is chargeable at the prevailing rate at the time of ordering. A VAT exemption certificate must be supplied where appliacable.

 

Payment

For all new customers first order payment via a credit/debit card is required at the time of ordering. After the first order a 30 day credit account will be opened. All accounts are payable strictly 30 days from date of invoice. All goods remain the property of Chiropody Express Ltd until paid for in full. All cheques should be made payable to Chiropody Express Ltd with your account and invoice number on the reverse. BACS payment are also accepted but please do contact us for our bank details.

 

Overdue Accounts

Customers whose account is more than 60 days overdue will have their credit facilities suspended which will result in goods only being despatched when paid for in full. All accounts over 90 days overdue will be passed on to a debt collecting agency resulting in the customer incurring all collection and court costs. We also reserve the right to charge 2.5% interest per month until payment is received.

 

Carriage

We use ANC for UK mainland (except Scottish Highlands) and Parcelforce for all other deliveries. If you request Parcelforce for a UK Mainland delivery a surcharge may apply. Please ask for details. Saturday morning and timed deliveries are available and will be charged at cost. Some items are subject to additional carriage costs - please ask/email at time of ordering.

 

Charges for packing, postage and handling are as follows:

UK Mainland (except Scottish Highlands):

- Under £75.00 [ex vat] - £5.35

- Over £75.00 [ex vat] - FREE

 

Scottish Highlands and Isles / Northern Ireland

- Under £75.00 [ex vat] - £23.00

- Between £75.00 and £105.00 [ex vat] - £18.00

- Over £105.00 [ex vat] - FREE

 

Isle of Wight

- Under £75.00 [ex vat] - £23.00

- Between £75.00 and £105.00 [ex vat] - £18.00

- Over £105.00 [ex vat] - FREE


Isle of Scilly and Isle of Man

- Under £75.00 [ex vat] - £23.00

- Between £75.00 and £105.00 [ex vat] - £16.00

- Over £105.00 [ex vat] - FREE


Southern Ireland and Europe

- Carriage charged at cost.

Returns

CHIROPODY EXPRESS LTD is a wholesale dealer [license No WL27533]. Under the medicines act for pharmaceuticals, *P* goods which have been outside the control of our premises for more than 3 days cannot be returned to stock other than for the following reasons.

- In response to a product recall from the manufacturer

- Where products are alleged to be faulty or damaged

- To correct an error in delivery or ordering.


All goods must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days accompanied by the invoice and account number. Any product returned for whatever reason must be:


- Unmarked and have not been worn/used

- Not been adapted in anyway

- Returned in original packaging in a clean re-salable condition

- The delivery not / official order no are quoted


Failure to comply with the above may result in an extra charge being levied of goods are damaged upon receipt. A 10% 're-stocking' fee will be made for any goods being returned after 14 days.


Note - our returns policy does not apply to special non-stock purchases, unless prior authorisation has been granted.


Damages

We must ne notified of shortages and delivery errors within 3 working days of delivery and replacement goods will be sent. Damaged goods will be replaced immediately and said goods must be returned before credit note can be issued.


None Delivery

Most parcels will arrive on the next working day if you have not received your order within 3 days please contact the customer service department (please allow 7 days for items posted). Parcels that are lost in transit will be replaced.


Local Anaesthetics

Confirmation of customers qualifications in the use of anaesthetics must be provided before we can supply and despatch.


Pharmacy Products

Confirmation of customers HPC registration must be provided before we can supply Pharmacy products prefixed with the letter *P* OR detailed in the description on this website.
